1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase using proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

  • Only unopened and securely sealed items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund.

  • For items that have been opened or partially used, a refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@mymindsupplement.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Name and contact info

    • The product you're returning and the reason

  2. Our team will reply within 2 business days with approval or next steps.

3. Shipping Instructions & Costs

  • Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Please clearly mark the RA number on the package.

  • Return shipping is not covered by us, except when:

    • The product was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.

    • In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping and insuring the package; we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds & Exceptions

  • Refunds (minus original shipping, if applicable) are processed once the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method, which may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Products purchased on sale or via discount are eligible for returns as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Non-refundable items:

    • Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged).

    • Gift cards or digital products, which are final sale.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • You may request an exchange (e.g., a different product or flavor) instead of a refund. Availability and price differences apply.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received back and approved.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email a photo and description to support@MyOneBase.com

  • We will issue a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no charge.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations before your order has shipped (typically within 24 hours of purchase).

  • Once the order dispatches, standard returns rules apply.
