Returns and Exchanges
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase using proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Only unopened and securely sealed items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund.
For items that have been opened or partially used, a refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@mymindsupplement.com with:
Your order number
Name and contact info
The product you're returning and the reason
Our team will reply within 2 business days with approval or next steps.
3. Shipping Instructions & Costs
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please clearly mark the RA number on the package.
Return shipping is not covered by us, except when:
The product was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
We recommend using trackable shipping and insuring the package; we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds & Exceptions
Refunds (minus original shipping, if applicable) are processed once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, which may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Products purchased on sale or via discount are eligible for returns as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
Non-refundable items:
Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged).
Gift cards or digital products, which are final sale.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
You may request an exchange (e.g., a different product or flavor) instead of a refund. Availability and price differences apply.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received back and approved.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Email a photo and description to support@MyOneBase.com
We will issue a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no charge.
7. Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations before your order has shipped (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
Once the order dispatches, standard returns rules apply.
