Timing Matters: How to Get the Most Out of Your myMind™ Supplement

Why When You Take myMind™ Matters Almost as Much as Taking It

Here's something most people never think about: the six ingredients in myMind™ don't all travel through your body the same way. Some need fat to be absorbed properly. Others are absorbed almost immediately, no matter what's in your stomach. And one of them — Vitamin B12 — has one of the most complicated journeys of any nutrient your body handles.
None of that matters much if you're taking six separate supplements at six different times. But myMind™ is one capsule, taken together — which means how and when you take it can meaningfully change how much of it your body actually uses.
Here's the short version, and then the why behind it.
Two Very Different Types of Ingredients
Broadly, myMind™'s six ingredients fall into two families:
Fat-soluble — need a little fat to absorb well: Bacopa Monnieri and the plant-based Omega-3 (ALA) both rely on dietary fat to be absorbed properly. When fat enters your small intestine, it triggers your body to release bile and digestive enzymes that break these compounds down into a form your gut can actually take up. Without enough fat present, a meaningful portion of both can simply pass through unused.
Water-soluble — absorbed more directly: Vitamins B6, B9 (folate), and B12, along with Ginkgo Biloba's key compounds, don't need fat to be absorbed. B12 in particular has its own dedicated transport system — your stomach attaches it to a protein that safely carries it all the way to the far end of your small intestine before it's absorbed. Clever, but it means B12 is doing its own thing regardless of what else is going on.
The Catch With a Combined Capsule
This is where it gets practical. If you take myMind™ on a genuinely empty stomach — no fat anywhere nearby — your B vitamins and Ginkgo will absorb just fine. But Bacopa and the Omega-3 largely won't, since there's no fat around to trigger the process they depend on. Some people also notice mild stomach discomfort when Bacopa is taken without any food at all.
It's not that the formula doesn't work — it's that part of it needs a slightly different setup to do its job.
The Simple Fix.
Take myMind™ with the first real meal ofyour day that includes a bit of fat. It doesn't need to be a big meal, and it doesn't need to be particularly rich — roughly 10 to 15 grams of fat is enough to do the job. That's about:
• Two whole eggs

• A small handful of almonds or walnuts
• A quarter of an avocado
• A spoonful of peanut or almond butter
• Anything cooked with a bit of olive, avocado, or coconut oil
Breakfast or lunch both work well. Late at night is worth avoiding for two reasons: digestion naturally slows down in the evening, and Vitamin B6 plays a role in the neurotransmitters behind sleep — some people find it a little too energising right before bed.
The Takeaway
Two capsules, once a day, with a meal that includes a little healthy fat — ideally in the morning or around lunch. That's the whole routine. It's a small adjustment, but it's the difference between your body having what it needs to use everything in the formula, and quietly missing out on the ingredients that need a bit of help getting where they're going.
